About the Bands:
The Mighty Mighty Bosstones  At a time when so much of the industry’s output has become the musical equivalent of junk mail, listening to THE MIGHTY MIGHTY BOSSTONES is like receiving a series of postcards from a vacationing friend: handwritten, infectiously fun, wish-you-were-here inclusive, and, overall, personal.

The best dressed band from Boston — Dicky Barrett-Vocals, Joe Gittleman-Bass, Ben Carr-The Bosstone, Joe Sirois-Drums, Tim Burton-Saxophone, Kevin Lenear – Saxophone, Chris Rhodes-Trombone and Lawrence Katz-Guitar are back with that infectious brand of fun only the Bosstones can deliver.

Lowest of the Low rose to prominence after the release of their 1991 debut album Shakespeare….My Butt — 17 tracks of smart, spiky, socially conscious folk-rock.  In 1996, 2000 and again in 2005, Chart Magazine honoured the group’s 1991 debut album, Shakespeare My Butt, with spots in the top 10 of the Top 100 Canadian Albums of All Time. In 2000 and once again in 2015, LOTL’s singer/songwriter Ron Hawkins was voted Songwriter of the Year by NOW Magazine’s reader’s poll.  Also in 2000, Ron received Toronto station 102.1 The Edge’s Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2008 The Lowest of the Low was inducted into the Canadian Indie Rock Hall of Fame and awarded gold records for Shakespeare My Butt. hey are back with a new album and a fresh attitude. “Do The Right Now” the late 2017 album is a near-perfect embodiment of the Low’s evolution as a band.
