Soul Candy Project is your guide to explore gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation while seated and/or standing with the assistance of chairs and mats*. Increase body awareness, strengthen & lengthen muscles, energize & reduce stress, improve breathing & sense of well-being in a safe environment. No experience or flexibility required.
*Please bring your own mat
