This free program provides heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas, such as arms, legs, core and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Classes are every Saturday from June 3 – August 26 at the East Canal (at the corner of Main and Scott Streets, across from (716) Food & Sport).
Kettlebells can be reserved by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Bringing your own kettlebell is encouraged!
