SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga

SUP Yoga is a combination of stand-up paddle-boarding (SUP) and yoga. SUP yoga takes your practice off the earth and onto the water–floating, flowing and breathing in a serene setting. Classes are for all levels. First, expect that you will be excited; it’s just going to happen. Don’t fight it. Do not let yourself mistake it as fear. It’s fun! You are on the water, so yes, your balance will be challenged more than it is on land. The boards are very stable, and they are there to support you, but, of course, there is always the possibility you could fall in. If you are trying and playing, then the possibility is even greater. No matter what your level of experience with either yoga or paddle-boarding, the water makes it an even playing field for all.
Classes are Wednesdays from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm and Saturdays from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Replica Canals.

Admission with equipment rental: $30
Admission without equipment rental: $15
This class is suitable for kids aged 13 and over. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
